1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Curexal Space platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Services & Non Emergency Notice
Curexal operates a digital coordination platform that connects patients, licensed clinicians, accredited healthcare facilities, and diagnostic laboratories.
3. Independent Clinical Discretion
Curexal provides software, communication infrastructure, and administrative coordination. Curexal does not practice medicine. All diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment advice, and medical referrals are made independently by qualified, licensed healthcare professionals exercising their own clinical discretion.
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your authenticated account.
5. Partner Facilities & Independent Contractors
Physical clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic testing laboratories partnered with Curexal are independent entities. While Curexal vets partners for active accreditation, medical care provided on site at a partner facility is the clinical responsibility of that facility and its attending personnel.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure or databases, transmit fraudulent information, or violate the legal rights of other users or healthcare providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Curexal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the coordination software.
