What is Curexal? +
Curexal is a healthcare coordination platform that bridges digital care (telehealth), physical healthcare facilities, and diagnostic services into one continuous patient episode.
What is Curexal Space? +
Curexal Space is the technology infrastructure and service environment through which care episodes are initiated, documented, referred, and tracked.
Can I receive physical in person care? +
Yes. While your episode may start online, Curexal facilitates structured referrals to verified partner facilities whenever physical examination, nursing procedures, or hands on clinical care is required.
What happens after a teleconsultation? +
Depending on clinical assessment, the clinician will either prescribe treatment, order diagnostic testing, or issue a structured referral to a physical clinic. The care episode remains open until your outcome is reviewed.
How do referrals work? +
Instead of receiving an isolated paper note, your referral is transmitted directly into the queue of an accredited partner clinic, complete with clinical summaries, so the physical provider has immediate context.
Who provides my medical care? +
Care is provided exclusively by registered, licensed medical doctors, nurses, and clinicians. Curexal provides the digital coordination software; all clinical diagnoses, treatments, and decisions are made by licensed practitioners.
How is my health information handled? +
Your information is protected with industry standard encryption, strict database level role permissions, and compliance with healthcare data protection regulations such as NDPR and HIPAA. We never sell or monetize patient data.
